Ask most people if there’s anything they know about Sark, and the one thing likely to come up is the island’s famed lack of cars. Perhaps the only region in the world that forbids the use of the automobile in the 21st Century, the edict prohibiting cars, far from being restrictive, has in fact created many wonderful opportunities for relaxed sightseeing and exploration on the island.
Covering only approximately 3 miles by 1.5 miles, Sark may as well have been created with cycling in mind.
With over 9 miles of rideable tracks and breathtaking views of the other Channel isles as well as the mainland of France, the Sark landmass is ideal for cyclists of all ages and abilities to take in the entire island at a relaxed pace.

A to B Cycles is offers flexible hire periods, value for money and friendly service.
They have a selection of both mountain bikes and standard cycles, tag-alongs and trailers. Child seats (if required) are included in the price of the bike.

AVENUE CYCLE HIRE
Avenue Cycle Hire has been trading for over 55 years between its current and previous owners. Offering a large fleet of adults and children's cycles, along with tandems, trikes and tag-a-longs, it caters for any guest’s cycling needs, and also supplies child trailers and child seats during the peak holiday season. Pre-booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.

Peak Season (April - September):
Monday - Saturday - 8.30am - 6.00pm
Sundays - 10.00am - 12.30pm & 3.30pm - 5.00pm
Low Season (October - March)
Open upon the arrival of the first boat and closed upon departure of the last boat. Closed Sundays.
Out of hours collection by arrangement.
